I was very thankful that they hastened our check in process; check in time was 3 pm, but they did get us into our room by 1 pm. Outside of that, the staff seemed distant, and didn’t have too many recommendations regarding dining, although, to be fair, it was Rosh Hashanah, and many restaurants were closed. Our safe in the room for our passports was very outdated, and it was a little confusing for us to figure out, and they seemed a little annoyed to show us how to use it. There is no breakfast, and for the money, it didn’t seem to be the best value in Eilat; our next hotel the Dan Neptune, was only a little bit more, and it was much nicer,
