Beautiful Sisal Hacienda, high recommend!
Wonderful experience, we went for two nights with friends, lovely staff, great food and the tour of the Hacienda, including a swim in a gorgeous Cenote was great fun and highly informative. Would highly recommend.

6/10 Good

The people were amazing and very accommodating. The room was not clean. The sheets had marks on them and also had dead bugs all over them. The towels had dirt and bugs on them (not a lot, just a little, but this is what you wipe your clean body with). The breakfast and restaurant was amazing, great food and great view. I think if they fixed up the rooms to be better, it would have been a much better experience. Especially since this is a more expensive reservation.

This Hacienda was fantastic,Fascinating .
Truly a gem. This working Hacienda was like being in what one would imagine to be "Old Mexico" gorgeous surroundings, clean and well maintained. Excellent food and happy helpful people. The Palapa rooms are very spacious and well appointed. We LOOOVED it.

Great Experience!
The hotel and staff were amazing! They were attentive, polite, and always willing to help. After a few days we were looking to explore the area and find a nice place for lunch. One of the servers in their restaurant recommended a local place and gave us directions to find the place. It was amazing! We did not have a single issue. We were there in the off season, and pretty much had the place to ourselves. We had dinner there almost every night, and the chef was very accommodating. It was almost as if we had our own personal chef. The room was always clean (including a towel made into the shape of various animals left on our bed (a different animal each day, and we were there for 6 days). We had a room with a private pool, and the pool was always clean. Guest services was top notch. The front desk helped us arrange a car for a wedding we had in downtown Merida. The car stayed with us the entire night, and was happy to drive us home after the reception (35-40 minute drive). All for a very reasonable price. The tour of the working hacienda was a great time. The tour guide was enthusiastic, and spoke fluent english. For someone who is looking to stay in a resort, and be able to explore the countryside, this place is perfect!

8/10 Very Good

6/10 Good

8/10 Very Good
