Great hotel in an excellent location.
The hotel is conveniently located just about 5-10 mins walk from Nagoya station which can be reached via the underground shopping street or just walking down the street and crossing a few roads. There is a Family Mart just downstairs and I found a few great restaurants in the same block. Also Ichiran Ramen is just 2-mins walk away in the next block. Check in/out was hassle-free with the self-service machines and the staff was readily on hand to assist with the process. The room was nice and clean and refreshed daily. I appreciated that they provided bottled water in the room daily (as opposed to their sister property in Osaka where I had to collect daily at the reception). There is also a common bath on 2F for guests but I did not use it during my two nights there.

Decent location but room not most comfortable.
Location is decent, connected to Nagoya Station via an underground mall Unimall (use exit U10 but be prepared to climb 2 flights of stairs). Room is small and tight but bearable for 2 nights. Bed and pillows hard and not very comfortable. Toilet was relatively clean. Some free amenities including bottled water and toothbrushes. Service was pleasant. There’s a Family Mart right outside the hotel which was convenient. Loads of dining options around too.

There weren’t a lot of good dining option around the hotel but it was Sunday night and a lot of olaces had closed. This is a good hotel stay which nears Nagoya station. With short distance to the station and a underground street go directly from hotel to station. (But the underground street entrance will close after 23:00) There is a FamilyMart just next to the entrance of the hotel; and a 7-11 in the next street. Choices of food are also numerous around the streets nearby. The room is tidy and clean, much appreciate there is no stair between the living room and bathroom; with good enough space to open 2 luggage. But it could be better if the television supports AirPlay so we could cast other media on TV. Overall it is a very good hotel to stay near Nagoya station
