A taste of old Petaluma
It’s a treat to stay in this historic building! The lobby is especially nice to hang out in for a cocktail by the fire on a chilly evening. The location could not be better for dining and shopping in the downtown area. Rooms are comfortable, nicely decorated and have everything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. We always stay there when we are in town.

Charming
This is a great hotel in a great location. Walking distance to downtown. It is an older hotel with small rooms but lots of charm. They do supply earplugs in the rooms because you can hear everything but I wear earplugs anyway when I stay at a hotel because I'm a light sleeper. You have to find street parking which can be a little tricky but overall I liked this hotel and will stay there again.

Lovely visit- we will be back.
Room was comfortable and very clean in a lovely historic hotel. Lobby atmosphere is festive with delicious cocktails. Only complaint is that the walls are very thin and not soundproof. There was a dog in the room next to ours that made a lot of noise.

Reserved room not available
I reserve the hotel room for two nights. My arrival was on the morning of the second day and when I arrived, I was told that the hotel room has been booked and no room was available. This seems unfair since I had paid for the two nights stay and ride late in the first day of my reservation. I think I am due a refund of the money that was paid for these rooms since I had to stay in another hotel. Please let me know how this can be arranged.
