Everything was amazing! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The only downside was that when I misplaced my pool passes, I was charged $45 for each replacement instead of simply being issued new ones, especially considering we were staying at the hotel. Aside from that, it was a very good hotel, and I enjoyed my stay.

The pool bar wait staff was not very attentive. The staff behind the bar were very good, but the wait staff especially the newly hired need more direction for attending to pool guests. I get it that the hotel wants travelers to buy more from the shops inside the casino, but the amenities in the Dive In rooms did not have a coffee maker nor microwave. Overall the hotel was clean and staff were very good.

The music in the pool area is insanely loud. The entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke. There is no instant coffee or tea in the room, and no water heater, and you can't find a simple cup of tea without standing at line for thirty minutes at Starbucks. The food we had at Rincon Cafe was very bad. The wireless in the room was ridiculously expensive. The snacks at the little shop in the lobby are also ridiculously expensive. The workers were very nice though. But I will never stay at a Harrah's again.
