Cute Bed & Breakfast (1 Free Coffee/Cafe or Tea/Te and a croissant/pastry a day!) right outside the heart of Rome! Very quiet neighborhood with a few restaurants that stay open late and a small market with some fresh produce all on the same street! Owners also run the restaurant next door, Dal Mariscano Ristorante, which you have to go to to check-in. Everyone is VERY friendly however they speak little to no English! This made it tough when I called to confirm a check-in time but we made it work! I also used my translator on my phone for them to read and with my knowledge do Spanish we were able to communicate! There are only 4-5 rooms in the B&B and it's located in the middle of the building so it's very quiet! Our window looked out into the courtyard so it was a peaceful getaway from chaotic Rome! Furnishings are at a minimum and are a little dated/plain but it's exactly only what you need! Also included in the room, closet, safe, AC, cable TV (Italian language only) and private bath/toilet. It's a 20-30 minute bus ride to the city center and about 30-40 minutes to Termini Train Station (take bus 170 for both places). But really, it was much easier to walk and that took about the same amount of time because there is so much traffic! To get to Residenza Fermi from Termini Station you take Bus 170 and exit either (Marconi) Meucci stop (about (Marconi) FermiI stop then walk to Via Enrico Fermi and walk up the street, will be on the left! Have a wonderful stay as we did!
