Gorgeous grounds, wonderful staff, safe location, quiet and removed from downtown noise. Rooms had a tropical rustic vibe. The hotel was exactly what I was looking for and it was great! Peaceful yoga outside for my family in the garden facing the sea, will be one of my favorite memories. Instructor was great and super nice. My children all got massages, also wonderful. The breakfast is amazing, and the dinners were fabulous, great food and beautiful presentation. The music they played in dining room was awesome. All staff were excellent, I can’t remember all names but Rosio and Lucia were so sweet. The private fenced beach was wonderful! Truly an escape, felt relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend!!

The private property was just like the pictures online. They didn't exaggerate on the beauty it really is. I stayed in a junior suite that was very well maintained. It had a very comfortable, sturdy hammock outside right in front of the beach. The fact that it has a private beach and other things, such as surfing, yoga, spa, all offered by the hotel was awesome. It has it's own restaurants and beach bar. Evening I arrived in the evening, the staff was very attentive and ensured I had everything I needed. The parking is big and private as well. The best thing I loved is that even after check out, you are allowed to go back into the hotel and continue to use their amenities. I will definitely be coming back.

Best Hotel in all of Montanita!
This was like the 10th stay with Hotel Kundalini. So, I obviously love the hotel. It's about 100 meters north of the craziness of downtown Montanita You cannot hear anything but the ocean. It's a beautiful and tranquil place. The rooms are clean. They're quiet. They're set up nicely so you can immediately assimilate and get comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel. I think they're amazinly good at being helpful. ON a weird note, The car would not start. The owner personally drove to a car parts store and bought cables so he could jump our car! They took my stay or visit personally. No "hey call a tow truck". They jumped on it and fixed it and sent me on my way happier than I was when I arrived. Thank you!
