Hotel is very clean. Great staff and very accommodating. Rooms had lots of closet space, nice towels, good AC, quiet, and a variety of choices at breakfast. Used Uber and Taxis to get around. Lots of activity around the square where the Casa de Montejo is. Caught a children parade as part of the Merida Festival.
There are some excellent restaurants in Merida. Yerba Santa at the top of the list. Tigre Blanco had great Japanese food.

Great hotel close to everything and so charming. Comfortable beds. The upgrade to a suite is worth the money. Guierrmo at the front desk is amazing and so helpful. We would stay here again.

The hotel staff was very friendly, our room included breakfast which was buffet. The hotel was very clean and quiet. Air conditioner worked better than expected. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Panamericana, We recommend this hotel.

The room was great and the staff was wonderful. My only suggestion concerns breakfast. Many tours begin at 7:30. It's important that breakfast is ready right at 7 to allow time to get to the tour pick-up stops, particularly in Santa Ana Park, which is a 15-minute walk. Thanks.

The room was clean but last personality. As a US citizen we wash our bodies with washcloths in the hotel did not have any for 2 days. I was very awkward taking a shower with a hand towel. The architecture of the lobby was a beautiful. The continental breakfast wasn't good. And recommend having more variety

The hotel is four blocks from the city center, which is a bit more than expected. Walking at night to the hotel is not the most convenient walk. The grandeur of the hotel has been more in the past. There is a large pool. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. A Mexican breakfast is served at the pool’s terrace. The staff is really struggling to cope with the service especially during breakfast. The WiFi is poor.

Staff is very nice and helpful. In the room that was given TV, fridge and telephone didn’t work. Another room was given per my request. But we didn’t enjoy to move all our belongings after we were already installed. The second room was a bit smaller than the first one. Don’t know the reason. The website shows one double room size only.
