Nice hotel in the outside of Bordeaux with big free parking, free Wi-Fi and reasonable priced breakfast. The Hotel is not to far from downtown, but expect around 20 minutes to drive the about 4 or 5 miles because of traffic and the crazy number of red lights asst every block that stay green for 15 second at the time.
Parking downtown is expensive and difficult, so a good option is bus 11 very close to the hotel, but a transfer to a tram is required, but I think it is a better option than driving.
Breakfast is very good and worth the money, but I think they are missing some form of cheese like in most hotels in France or Spain.
The room was very comfortable and clean, and big enough with plenty of hot water. The staff is nice and gave us good directions. They speak good English.
The hotel has nice areas outside for relaxing. The pool area was locked, because of unattended children I think. I guess I could have asked for the key but it was raining and cold (end of September) so I didn't bother.
Over all a nice comfortable stay with good facilities and good ford just next to the highway.
