Very Very Dirty
The building is very dirty! From the moment you walking in, the lobby furniture looks disgusting, the breakfast area chairs are crusty with food spills. The first room stunk so badly of cigarettes, like someone had been living there for 2 years chain smoking! I went to the window to open it immediately, I realized that the 3rd floor window did not even have a screen and was able to be opened all the way, it would be very dangerous for a kid! My husband looked up and realized that the smoke detector had been covered with a plastic bag and tape. The floor in the bathroom had not been cleaned. I decided to ask for a new room, the lady working the front desk was very nice about it but you could tell she really wasn’t surprised. She gave us a different room on the same floor. It just smelled musty but still had no screen on the window and was dirty. The sheets were washed but very stained and thin, with holes in them. The top cover has coffee stains etc on it. Again the bathroom and bedroom were only very minimally cleaned. We would have gone somewhere else but the whole family had rooms in this hotel and we felt stuck. The breakfast was gross. Cold, including the coffee and biscuits and gravy…like it was all leftover from the day before…it tasted disgusting. One bite and my husband said nope we are going somewhere else. People were complaining left and right. Our Aunt didn’t even have 1 roll of toilet paper in her room, no bath towels and the floor she was on reeked of pot.

Stayed in $35 rooms that were better+ mgmt..
horrible. one night and staff was horrible. refused to basic room standards were not even met. It was so bad it was surreal actually. No remote in our room so there was no way to use the tv at all. No towels were left in the room and my partner was told when calling about gettting some that they were “out of clean towels”. yeah; this was intentional neglect and laziness. it was quite astonishing to reach that level of bad, because it itself would require trying hard to not do anything yet that was the vibe i got everywhere. i will never forget this and will never stay in expensive trash like this place again.

Hotel was fine to stopover while traveling cross country. The bathroom setup was dangerous. The shower was very very slippery with no hand grip anywhere. Very flimsy shower curtain. Use caution getting in/out of the shower.

Not recommended
Toilet was continuously running-we fixed it ourselves. The floor we were on had a lot of dirty rooms with open doors. The hallway was filthy. Our room was clean or we would not have stayed. Breakfast was pitiful. They ran out of plates at 7:00 in the morning and never replaced them. No one was adding more breakfast food. Pretty pitiful.

Place sucks! Pay the few dollars more!!
I am a military veteran who travels with a service animal. When I checked in the person at the counter tried to charge me a pet fee. I explained that my dog was a service animal not pet. She argued with me a bit before I encouraged her to call her supervisor whom explained to her that this is correct, no pet fee can be charged for a service animal. She had a very poor attitude throughout the process but I’m glad she was trained about this, I hope the next person traveling with a service animal doesn’t encounter this. Once I finally got into my room, there one hand towel, no other towels in the room……weird!

It took 45 minutes to check in. Employees were not professional at all. They were looking at their paychecks and complaining. Once we checked in we had to wait for them to clean room. It looked rushed, very dirty, bathroom had mildew on caulk, hair in bedding, hvac very dirty. The milk at breakfast looked bad so we had to go out.

VERY underwhelming
The furnishing were old, stained and all round “used” feeling… elevator was dirty.. the room just had a old feel.. broken lock, lamp shades were cracked, one of the table lamps was broken.. remote control was chewed… I can’t say I would recommend or even stay here again

Dirty Bed.
I am not usually like to leave a review because we know nothing is perfect. However, we decided to leave this review because we feel like we must to for this place. Maybe they could've improved the cleaning. We travel for sport tournaments a lot. We love La Quinta, we booked them many times and no issue. This time in (Conway AR) just not one of those good one. We check in, service was good, front desk greeting was nice. Walking into our room, i normally not very picky, but we was so tired and ready to sleep. As soon as i pulled the bed sheet, i spotted black stuffs on the bed sheet, as i look closer, it was a live bug. I went down to front desk asking to switch room because i don't feel comfortable to have my kids laying down on that bed. The front desk lady was so nice that she changes the room for us right away. When we got into the new room, because of the first room, i have the check the bed again to make sure, and it all same thing, bed sheet was dirty, hair is every where, the bed flame was not positioned with the mattress. There was a stain on the sheet. There was a metal piece of the bed flame sticking out. We went down to the front desk, gave her the key and left. We did ask for new room because there is no point, two room and both are dirty. We have pictures, i wish i could load it but it wouldn't let me.

Third times not a charm
Got there was asked to pay. I pulled up my receipt and she was like oh I see you have a zero balance. I get my key, go to my room and the toilet is broken like the flush handle is sitting on top of the toilet. I go down she gives me a room. I go in the covers are pulled back like someone had already been crawling in them. She gives me a third room. At this point it’s getting frustrating. I’m not a picky but I expect clean rooms and good service. The last room the toilet back is cracked. I’m light what the heck. At this point I just ground my things and settle in I figure a third trip down and she may cancel my reservation

Suggested training
When we arrived the check in was good, I reserved 3 rooms all with 2 Queen beds but we had one king bed asked to be changed but was told first come first served didn’t appreciate that and my daughter went to service desk to complain and the room was switched only because someone else complained about the room. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful. The other staff need customer service training outside vaping and not really friendly.
