We had the basement room with the private garden and it was absolutely charming. Our hosts were great and the breakfast was delicious and more than ample. The location was great for a walkable Brighton weekend (pier, lanes, waterfront etc). I would stay there again!

Bedding pristine, bed comfortable, little touches like fruit, biscuits, fridge, coffee machine all added to the welcome feel. Hosts are helpful and charming. Breakfast choices and standard top notch.
