Beautiful new motel. Jasmine at the front desk was the best ever. Family met in lobby several hours to visit and she was so helpful with ice, chairs, opener, directions etc. extremely friendly, courteous and professional. My only complaint was huge, the bed way too soft so backache now. I thought since place is new the bed would be great...it was not!

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Reedsburg was one of the best I have had in a long time. A minor inconvenience of the elevators not working because of a lightning strike did not make a difference in my overall stay. The cleanliness was top notch, the breakfast was great and staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Sadly, I did not have a chance to use the beautiful indoor pool but I would recommend it. All in all, I will be back to this hotel on my next trip to the Dells.

The room was large and very clean, but check in was very slow, person checking us in appeared to be need more training and took her awhile to get help. Other than that the stay was nice. I would go there again

It doesn't matter the circumstances, noone from the hotel should open the door without notifying us that they are coming. Had an employee of the hotel open the front door to the room without notice they were coming. Luckily, the secondary door lock was in place and they were not able to fully open the door. This was unacceptable and horrifying.
