Polynesian Hardwood floors are sticky and dirty, it turned my white socks brown Pool closes super early, 8pm Resort was closed, unenthused front desk lady said maybe tomorrow, depending on the weather… why am I paying a $20 per day resort fee when there’s no resort to use? Balcony doors can’t be opened as they are “under construction” and have a $100 fine associated to opening them No microwave WiFi is essentially nonexistent, continuously disconnects or says connected but won’t load anything

Its been some years since the last time I came and this time was not the greatest. They seem short staffed didn’t keep the halls cleaned it was a spilled red drink the entire 2 days that didn’t get cleaned. They ran out of wash cloths. They changed the hours for their pool and need alot of more Work done. It’s definitely potential there.

This place almost looked abandoned. The rooms were not the best everything very outdated the doors did not properly close you had to push it to get it to close. Thr installations of the outside pools were in bad shape not well taken care of everything very outdated. Not happy will not be back.

We only stayed for one night and were just looking for an inexpensive night which it was! This hotel has good bones, but it is old and run down. It is better condition that the last time we stayed, but it needs some updating and some TLC. The location is great!! We came off season, so it would be nice to be here when the pools are open!

Hotel.com should remove this hotel from their list. Manager was rude!!! Had to pay an additional $70 at check in, manager says “if you don’t like it we can cancel your reservation”. I booked 2 rooms, not even close to one another. I’m on the 3rd floor, they are on the 2nd. Website said there was a $10 fee per room for the pools and is optional. They charged each room at $20. Pools close at 8 pm, our show is done at 9pm. So why are we charged for pool fees? There was dog food on our floor and we didn’t bring a dog. I would not stay here again. Let’s see if I get any money back from their “incurred fees” in 14+ days

The pool and any water amenities were not open and was not advertised at all about how it was not open. Super dissatisfied as this is the main point of going to the "Waterpark Capital of the World". We were given vouchers to swim at a different hotel (Atlantis) but that's a 10min drive with toddler kids in tow. We went, but still. The room floor was entirely faux wood and super uncomfortable to walk on. It was also super dirty! We will not be coming back to The Polynesian.

This hotel should be removed from Hotels.com. Pool is not open as advertised. Bed is the most uncomfortable bed ever. No hot water, front desk was aware of issue but did nothing. Creepy guy maybe living in his car outside one of the back doors and was in his car every minute of the stay watching people come and go. Whole place was dirty and looks like they gave up taking care of it in the 90's. Check in, they charge a $50 deposit which isnt advertised here anywhere. Too much more to report. Will never stay here again. Would sleep in my vehicle before staying here ever again.
