Rooms are amazing, bathrooms are a little outdated but not a big issue, the staff are the best point of this place, very friendly and helpful, also, the onsite bar and separate restaurant are BOTH phenomenal, although the drinks are a bit spendy

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is mostly clean, HOWEVER, there is road construction adjacent to the hotel. Th e workers stood right next to the door smoking. The stench could be smelled in all the floors. No staff seemed to care. The hot tub was great. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with choices.

6/10 Good

We reserved 2 king rooms but when we got there we were told there was only 1 king room and one queen room and they were not close to each other. Then when we went to the King room it was old and out dated and had a bad odor. It had a portable air conditioner. The staff was nice and said they would “let us” switch to a queen room but we were already unpacked and tired. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was not good.

Excellent choices available for breakfast. Eggs were not real warm, not sure if warmer wasn’t on. Very roomy rooms. Friendly staff in bar and throughout.

We were happy with our stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The room rates were reasonable. The Hotel itself is out dated but clean. The manager Tucker and Steven The bartender were friendly.

4/10 Fair

Their wall unit climate control is mounted on the wall on the side of the bed and blows directly onto your face when you’re in bed. Also, I don’t think the temperature is accurate as I had it set at 76 and it felt like 64 degrees. Finally I just shut it off because I didn’t want it blowing on me. ALL room doors need soft closures on them. I was woken up at least 8 times in the middle of the night by doors slamming EXTREMELY hard. So hard that my headboard and the wall my headboard was on shook each time a door SLAMMED shut. I didn’t get the most restful nights sleep. The breakfast was good and the workout facility is nice.

Full service is nice. The amenities could be a tad bit better. Soap didn't clean well so had to buy my own bar. Staff was friendly. The extra fees charged because I booked through third party: Expedia were unfortunate, not sure why that was necessary.

Hotel is a classic and needs a little upgrading. Staff was awesome and very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel.

4/10 Fair

Staff was great. Amenities were endless. Atmosphere was welcoming. But unfortunately the bedroom smelled of mold, blankets, beds, sofas felt moist and wet. Ceiling falling apart, dirty towels, dirty bedding, found pretzels in pull out sofa, found old chicken bone in chair. Bloody towels were left on dinning tables. It’s really sad and unfortunate because it is a great place with a ton of potential and if it were much more updated and the cleanliness was better there would be no complaints. And we came for a baseball tournament and booked many rooms.

The place was a pleasure to stay with my family. There are not a lot of options for a family of 5, but this place was a blast. The kids enjoyed the large pool. The only downside is some of the fixtures and furniture is a little outdated, but you can tell they are working to make this place something special.
