Worst experience ever
The room was a mass, dirty, piss and toilet paper in the toilet, I asked to change rooms and I was told no room was available. It was 8:30 pm, my 4 year old son was hungry and crying, and s I had to check out and look for another hotel. Tried to contact Hotels.com to cancel but could not talk to anyone. I NEED A FULL REFUND FOR THIS STAY AS I HAD TO LEAVE SOON AFTER I CHECKED IN!

First room smelled as if someone smoked 5 packs in there. It burned my throat it was so bad asked to switch due to asthma with me and my kids. 2nd room had mold in bathroom and the fridge didnt work. They are doing a dry out service with part of the hotel so mold is more than likely from that. Other than those issues they were friendly and accomadiating with switching the room.

Overall stay for one night was nice. My toddler and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast! You all receive a 100 points if possible due to you guys having a waffle maker that made them in Mickey Mouse shapes. :) the only negative I have was during check in my door would not open when I returned to the front counter there was no receptionist and when I called the number at the counter to receive assistance I was questioned if I called the right location due to it being connected to your sister hotel in the same lot. So it was frustrating trying to get someone to come over to the hotel to assist with a cranky toddler. Other than that your staff is amazing and cleanliness was perfect! Would definitely stay again.

The service was great, the room was comfy, and the breakfasts were awesome 😎. Even the gym area was good 👍. We were just disappointed 😞 with the pool and hot tub, neither was clean in the morning. Other than that, everything else was great 😃.

I had an executive suite. It was very nice. Only thing I did not like was it was a walk in shower and I preferred a bath tub. But overall it was clean and definitely cold. I did get a digital key but it wasn't working when I got there. Being on the 4th floor and having to walk and find the correct elevator to get to the lobby was a bit much. I requested the digital key because I knew I was going to be there late and I wanted to go straight to sleep and then having to walk and find the elevator and wait in line for about 7mins was terrible. But the front desk staff was really nice and gave me a hard key. My stay there was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Lots of things didn’t work
The staff were amazing and so was the breakfast. The Mickey Mouse waffles were a fan favorite. Having said that our first room was horrible. The pull out sofa was broken, the phone wasn’t working, and the bedroom light didn’t work. When we found out that the pull out wouldn’t work I asked for a rollaway bed, but the only one they had was already in use, so we had to switch rooms. They gave us another room where the faucets were very loose and it was difficult to switch between hot and cold water. They were also running out of hotel keys. We’ve stayed at other properties in the past and were expecting a lot more. This was NOT the homewood suites experience that we are typically used to.
