When we checked in it would have been nice to have been told the doorknob on some of the rooms work backwards so if it doesn't open try the other way. We had flown all day and were tired and had to go back downstairs as we could not get into our room, after being told this information the door opened with the first key we had been given.

It was a great location. We will stay again. The only 2 issues. The smell of the room was strong. Nothing that Frebreeze couldn’t fix….. the next was that clogged bathroom sink. Other then those 2 issues it was a great place. Staff were great.

Dank musty and hard beds
Beds were extremely hard so none of us slept well. Also hotel hall and rooms smelled musty and damp. So bad that it triggered my allergies. One elevator broken. Would NOT stay here again. I’m not sure how online ratings were so high. It was a definitely a one star hotel.
