No hot water and the property knows about it for a long time and told us the water heaters were installed backwards. Worked long days to come to the room and take a cold shower for 4 nights. Awful and won’t stay again.

New and Clean hotel; Good buy for the buck!
The hotel appears to be new. Very clean and just what I needed for an overnight business trip. The parking lot they have is small and when I arrived, all spaces were taken. I had to park by a curb, but at least I was able to park. The "free" breakfast is mainly muffins, little protein bars, oatmeal, yogurt and coffee/water.

Nice property on the minimalist side
This is a new property just opened in April. It's a very bare bones extended stay property. The rooms were clean and it's new but they have little to no amenities even the kitchens are not equipped You have to go to the front desk and ask for plates and forks and cups which was kind of ridiculous. I mean there was not even a blow dryer in the bathroom there was nothing that you would normally see in a basic hotel room. There was no door on the area that was considered the closet. Again very stripped down basic bare bones facility. Very nice people and the front desk service was excellent. No complaints there and as we were refugees from having to evacuate from a hurricane, we needed a bed and we needed a shower so that certainly was provided. It would be really great though if they would basically equip the kitchens.
