Great stay at a nice price!
I had a very good stay here and ended up extending my stay for an extra night. It is a good base near the train/bus station for day trips to Êtretat and Honfleur. Refrigerator in the room. You could also base here and do Caen in a day trip. Friendly staff and student vibe with many schools and universities in this area. It is 5 mins walk to the Shopping center at Docks. There is a Lidl grocery there too.

It was adequate for this purpose but if we had to stay several days, it would have been unacceptable. Staff were nice although most barely spoke english. Very limited dinning within walking distance.

My stay at this hotel was enjoyable. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area, with a shopping center just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is very conveniently located although I wouldn't say it's centrally located, if that makes sense. I didn't have a car during my visit and I was able to walk just about everywhere. Public transportation and the train station for Le Havre are within about a 10-minute walk. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable with a nice view. One thing to note is that I didn't notice any air conditioning. The weather was nice enough that I didn't need it during my stay, but I'm not sure I would have been able to tolerate it if it had been hot without air conditioning. Nonetheless, it's a great value for the price. Lastly, this hotel accepts pets, but there is a charge of 10 € per night.

La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses. Il y a meme une kitchenette. Le lit est tres confortable et il y a des volets électriques. Propreté impeccable. Salle de sport, sauna, billard, jeu. Petit dejeuner varié et correct. Seul bémol, le câble du sèche cheveux est trop court pour se secher les cheveux devant le miroir et il manque des crochets pour les serviettes dans la salle de bain.

Très bon sejour, le seul bemol, c'est que des gens sont arrivés à 4h du matin dans l'hôtel et ont fait du bruit pendant un bon moment. Dommage que le silencene soit pas respecté la nuit surtout lorsque l'on doit se lever tôt le lendemain ! Et le chauffage pas très fort surtout dans une chambre où ma fille a eu froid, malgré zvoir mis le radiateur à fond ! Pas de parking non plus, il faut le savoir ! Sinon très bien équipé et très agréable.

Appart hôtel très bien situé, facile d'accès, parfait pour un petit sejour en famille. Nous avons trouvé dommage de ne pas avoir de bouilloire (indiquée sur le descriptif, tout comme la cafetière) malgré notre demande à l'accueil. Attention également au stationnement devant l'hôtel, remise des clés à 14h, amende à 14h07 et aucune signalétique sur les quelques places avant la barrière.
