We stayed with a group of friends and the hotel has an excellent location it’s close to everything. The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel has a great location close to many restaurants and shops. We will stay there again.

I was really disappointed with the hotel. This would be a 2 star hotel somewhere in Europe. But having seen Hanoi the hotel makes more sense. Breakfast was very limited. The location is amazing, though. And the service excellent as in most places in Vietnam. For a 2 day stay this was fine considering the convenient location.

Please don't stay here. All 5 star reviews must be fake. It's filthy. More 2 star, definitely not 5. Nothing was nice. Staines from previous guests in bathroom and toilet, AC takes about 1 hour to have any effect. Staff poorly trained but trying their best. Breakfast was awful

We were initially booked to stay 6 nights at another hotel close-by but were disappointed about their standard of cleanliness and safety. We booked at Le Petit Prince Hanoi Hotel & Rooftop Bar last minute and were thoroughly impressed with all aspects of the hotel. The staff were very friendly, accomodating and helpful with all enquiries, and were able to converse well in English. The rooms were slightly small but very clean, had all required amenities, good WiFi connection. The location is central to the Old Quarter and in walkable distance to great food places, souvenir shops and popular tourist attractions. The hotel had a free breakfast service which provided hot cooked options, fruit, bread/pastries and drinks. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Ideal location in the middle of the Old Quarter,small rooms and an adequate breakfast and for the price very reasonable.Staff particulary front of house are terrific. Difficult to be critical as for what you get it is good value but if we came again we would upgrade to a larger Hotel. You could spend your entire holiday sitting outside watching the traffic it is amazing!!

Whilst this hotel is well located, the service and room were sub par from the moment we arrived. There are many other options around that provide an excellent service and warm welcome. The narrow nature of this building results in the internal rooms feeling very claustrophobic. The fact that escape smoke masks are provided in the room is clearly worrying! Breakfast was extremely average. I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel has such a good review. Very disappointed and this is the first time I have written such a negative review or a hotel.
