Care about their guests
Very accommodating. We had our previous reservation cancelled by another property on the last minute for the Taylor Swift concert. Urban pod allowed us an earlier check in as the room Was available. There were snacks and drinks available and it was very clean and modern. Very friendly and caring.

Compact but perfect
This small hotel is a real find and only a 5 minute walk further out of the centre than were used to. It made it for it with excellent attention to detail and good quality room amenities. The hotel is staffed remotely and we had a problem with locking our door. We sent a WhatsApp and got an immediate response from Geoff who sent someone to fix it straight away. Problems can be a pain, but it's how they're dealt with that makes all the difference, so a big thank you to you Geoff for stepping up!
