When we arrived, we were informed that their key card system was down. This wasn't the major issue, but because they never handed anything to you to show your room number, our room was attempted to be opened at 9pm. It made me curious if this happened while we were out of the hotel that evening as well. Then the cleaning staff proceeded to vacuum the hallways at 1015pm while people are undoubtedly trying to sleep. It seemed odd the issue was never fixed the entirety of the weekend and they had no backup plan in place. I can safely say we wouldn't return to this property.

Surprise Charge
The $15 per night parking charge was a complete surprise. The room was good, except for the door to adjoining room, which had very poor soundproofing. Had to listen to the neighbors until 10 pm. Like the hs did bath and the space of the room. People in the breakfast room were wonderful. Friendly and helpful to my disabled wife.

FYI..$15 parking fee per night. It was a newer hotel. Great location. Clean, comfy pillows and bed. Pool was downstairs. There were no signs telling you were the pool was. I had to ask. Front desk person was very unfriendly. She was rude when I asked about the pool. Overall, would stay again.
