Great location in Downtown Minneapolis, close to lots of restaurants, public transportation and shopping. Hotel interiors could use an upgrade - furniture in the lobby and room looked worn down. There was a stain on the floor of our room and old furniture but the beds and bathroom were clean (a testament to the top-notch cleaning staff). It definitely is nothing fancy in decor or breakfast, but if you need a reasonably-priced hotel in a good location and friendly staff, this is it.
