We stayed overnight for a concert at Target Field and didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel/room overall, but it worked well for our purposes! It was a walkable distance (just over 20 minutes) to the venue. The staff were welcoming and helpful—in particular giving us a late night pizza recommendation after returning from the concert! The room had all the basics needed for a comfortable night’s sleep. Good value for the money!

Our room request was honored, which almost never happens at other places. We received a voucher for repeat stay for percent off in the restaurant, staff is always helpful and polite and our room was clean and comfortable as usual!! The only thing I would suggest is reducing the parking prices. If you can walk a block and pay $11 compared to $35 it’s worth it. But we love this hotel and will always stay when in Minnie!!!

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff were very kind, helpful, and courteous. I traveled with a small dog, and I definitely appreciate they do not charge an extra fee, which contributed to my decision to select this hotel. I was not disappointed and will be staying there again. Elektra, bartender, was great as well so grab a drink from her when you’re there and also check out a place around the corner called Off The Rails. The hotel is also located right around the corner from the US Bank Stadium light rail stop, which is a convenient perk and an all day pass is five dollars. I definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Minneapolis.

Mixed review on this hotel. Great location for a downtown stay. Overall the property is good. They have a secure location, but noticed lots of unlocked areas during our stay. The room was mostly clean but needed a more through cleaning under the counters and in corners. The front desk staff was often away from the front for long periods of time. The bartenders while friendly and kind were not good at mixing drinks. They turned the lights off on us mid conversation 30 minutes prior to the posted closing time. Limited parking that didnt seem to be enforced, which is frustrating since it was $35 a night for those that were honest. Its a good hotel if you're looking for the basics and not much more.
