This is a fantastic Hotel it’s a 10/10 from me
We had a couple of issues but the staff dealt with it superbly. This Hotel is without doubt one of the better ones in Liverpool. Lovely rooms. Great staff. Lovely restaurant and top notch breakfast. Also has a car park which is an absolute bonus

I had one of the refurbished deluxe rooms it was very nice. Lovely comfy bed, well equipped (the mini fridge came in useful) good WiFi and nice food in the bar. I like the ocean liner theme throughout the hotel. Nice stay and so close the everything. Free parking a huge bonus for a city centre hotel
