Didn't actually get to stay. Arrived after check-in had closed so called the number shown on the notice to get the code to open the safe where we were told the key would be. Was told that I would receive an email instructing what I needed to do and to call back after I had agreed to their policy. Got the email only to find they wanted me to pay a large deposit online which, I was assured, would be refunded when I paid the bill at check out. Phoned back and pointed out that I had already paid so would not need to settle the bill on check out. Was told that this was the process and without paying the deposit, they wouldn't release the key. Ended up having to spend the night in the car.
