Nice place, don't let exterior deceive you.
My gf and I were in town for the UT vs Ark football game. This property came up as close to the stadium which was nice because ultimately we had to walk back from the stadium. While it may not look like much on the outside (only one story) it is really nice on the inside. It was clean, the hot water was HOT and the cold water was COLD. Everything worked. Only downside to this property was the access road was really busy and took patience getting out of parking lot. Proximity was close to resturants but driving was required.

Find a better place to stay
Walls had patch marks, comforter had holes in it, floors were sticky and the bathroom light was on a sensor so every time you pass the door the light would come on. When we made the reservation the hotel was suppose to have a continental breakfast, but there was no breakfast at all. Was a non-smoking room that smelled of cigarette smoke. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. It was close to the concert we were going to. Over all will not every stay here again.

Comfortable property. Service lacking.
Room was clean and comfortable. Greta location to downtown and event centres. We changed our booking to arrive a night earlier due to flight changes due to hurricane Helene. We messaged the hotel to notify of our late arrival (approx midnight). Had no response but saw the property has 24hr checkin. On our arrival I was very unwelcome. The check in experience was horrible. Just being barked at by the husband and wife. Then given one room key with no information. I asked where the room was to just be told that way. If I hadn’t prepaid I would have left there and then. Reception staff/owners don’t do the property any justice. Wouldn’t stay again on this reason alone.

The owner and staff are terribly rude!!! He called my husband an idiot because neither of us could get the TV to work. When I told them housekeeping wasn't necessary I was informed it was their hotel and they "go through" each room every day. I believe they do "go through" the room. Even though I made the bed and left my housecoat and shoes at the foot of the bed they were by my suitcase when we came back each day. Room has been cheaply remodeled, but the bathroom needs a coat of clean paint and blankets need replaced. They can put me on their "do not rent to" list. There are much nicer hotels in Fayetteville. If we could have gotten a refund I would have left the first night.

Management attempted to enter our room while I was at the gym and my wife was sleeping. We weren’t there for 12 hours yet. We believe they were going to snoop in our room while she thought the room was empty as I took our vehicle to the gym. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
