Clean and well kept
We booked a kitchenette room on the ground floor. We arrived by bicycle. The floors were tile, so we felt ok about parking our bikes inside the room. The decor was simple but fresh and clean. Everything was in good working order. The pool was closed for the season so we did not go down to the pool area but it looked like it was nice.

Old motel, not a resort inn
I was charged $329 plus tax for one night in this place! Based on the reviews and hotel.com presentation I expected this to be a nice inn, instead it was an old motel with outdoor room entrances. Bare bones. Should go for $79 to $149 per night, max. Shame on them for charging that and shame on hotels.com for having any kind of positive recommendation for this place.

The location of the Inn was excellent! The room was updated and very clean. The only negative remark I have, was that while taking a shower, the water fluctuated from comfortable to extremely hot, then to extremely cold after about 2 minutes. Other than that, the service was great! My wife and I will definitely stay there again as well as recommend this location to our friends and family.

Won’t stay here again!
Floors were extremely dirty. Swept clean but not mopped and going barefoot to use restroom made my feet almost black! Also bath tub faucet didn’t work right, you got cold or scalding hot! Mattress and pillows were nice. Without the air running, street noise was loud.

Loved it from check in. The check in area was cozy and smelled amazing. The guy working was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, much nicer than id expect for the price. The pool was great. The only not great thing was the shower temperature. It went from really hot to really cold at random.

We chose this property to stay at while in Lake Geneva because it has an outdoor pool. The room was just as pictured. Very clean room and really liked the tile floors instead of carpet. No smell when entering the room like some hotel/motels have. The staff was very pleasant qnd checkout was very easy. Liked that the tv was a roku tv so you could watch your streaming apps or the free channels. Overall very pleased at how close this property was to the city center to see the Lake Geneva sites. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

I wish I could give a higher overall rating, .....
It's a convenient motel and staff are great. But they have succumbed to the current ludicrous Trent in the bath of laying a surface that feels like a gravel driveway. I have been showering and bathing for 60 years and have never slipped. Why does a bath have to be ruined because some people can't just be careful? Impossible to sit comfortably and laying down practically takes a layer of skin off!! This hotel is not alone in doing this.......please remember a bath has another function, and is not just simply a place to stand and have a shower.
