So very awaful stay
I stayed for 5days but I didn't get any room cleaning service even if I asked the cleaning service by my self two times. The EV worked only one or two so it was very uncomfortable for me. I also applied the late check out service and paid for it but in next day another people asked additional charge again. The reception people who helped us to check in was very nice per se but I will not visit the hotel again.

Rooms are ok, prices are ok, location is good. On this trip to OYO, however, there was only 1 elevator functioning for the large tower and this resulted in 30+ min waits to get up or down from our room every time. This is not acceptable service and management needs to take maintenance of critical hotel facilities more seriously!
