Good location
Nice hotel, with comfortable beds. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Although the check in security deposit taken took 12 working days to refunded back after being told on check out its maximum 3 days to be refunded. The hold on this is definitely too long. For this reason I would not stay here again. Used the restaurant, nice food and clean, some staff friendly some felt like they couldn’t be bothered. Rooms mostly clean and tidy but stains on bathroom worktops, these definitely need replacing. Good location on bath road, for easy drive to long stay car park.

Not convenient to airport and terrible service
Horrific stay. First this hotel doesn’t participate in the bus shuttle program from Heathrow. Their recommendation is take public transit bus or Uber even though it’s an “airport hotel.” Nothing in the material tell you about this problem so we waited in the cold and rain only to find out they don’t participate with bus program. Got in late and famished and their room service took an hour and a half. Twice the time they said. No on picked up the phone at room service or operator and so had to walk down to the desk. Food came uncovered and the soup was cold. Trying to get someone to resolve was nearly impossible.
