Disgusted couldn’t wait to get out of there
Bed sheets & room not cleaned before us. Dirty, stained, & unwashed sheets and bed spread on couch and on the mattress. NO SOAP AT ALL. No shampoo or conditioner no soap in any dispensers. I told the clerk at the front my room was filthy and he said he couldn’t do anything for me or compensate me because I didn’t tell him soon enough… worst stay I’ve ever had.

Don’t waste your time
They refused to refund me after I never actually got to stay in my room. I’ve been here in the past. It smells terrible all over the hotel, lobby and hallways especially. The management are money hungry and do not care if they are giving terrible service. Rarely anyone at the front desk ever, but if they are they are always extremely rude. I will never stay at this hotel again. I suggest you don’t waste you’re money by booking here either .

I appreciate the fact that I'm able to do an early check in. The only downfall is that the only accessible ADA is always occupied when I've arrived early. And their only elevator is out of commission. I do not know how long it has not been in service though. Other than those minor issues that they been having, my stay with them has been good.

For context, i am arriving here at around 11:00pm-12:00am. I initially was staying in room 307 I believe, when I first got into the room, i immediately felt the unwelcome sensation , there was dirt and debris everywhere on the floors, the walls and furniture looked worn and barely cleaned. The area for the sink was dirty as well, the bed sheets were riddled with stains, and the bathroom was not sufficient for someone to bathe in. After discovering all of these hindrances, I took my complaints to the gentleman at the check in counter. He was helpful as he could be for the most part but he seemed unconcerned about my complaints about the room(s). Once I told him about the first room, I asked if I could have a room change, he then gave me a key to the second floor (I have forgotten the room number by now, but it is on the second floor and the last door to the left). Once I got to the second room, it was much worse than the first room, as soon as I opened the door, the door that covers the ironing board and iron where missing, a bug immediately crawled into that space, the AC unit was disgusting, the beds were again riddled with stains, the lamp shades were disgusting and looked as if water spilled on them and was never cleaned up, i did not even have the will to check the bathroom do this room. Once I was shown this, there was absolutely no way I could feel as if I can sleep there for my 4 nights here. I took my key back down the front and told him to just cancel my stay and lef

Small roach in the room. Hot water didnt shut off in the bathroom. No hairdryer. No iron. All around grungy and dirty. Staff took a long time to respond at check in and was not friendly or helpful. Neighborhood was a little rough around the edges.
