Great place to stay
The room was very cozy with fireplace and tub spa. But the service was outstanding. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and helpful. The roof top patio is unbelievable, with unlimited views of the ocean and pretty good food.

great location
The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, creating a friendly atmosphere with snacks and ice cream for guests. However, the hotel lacks an elevator, so we had to climb several flights of stairs to reach our room on the third floor. The linens are clean and old, the room shows signs of wear. Overall, it feels more like a three-star hotel, yet the exceptional service from the staff elevates the experience to a five-star level.

Great spot by the Beach
I stayed here for a babymoon with my best friend. The room was quaint and had a fridge. The rooftop area that overlooks the ocean was the perfect hang spot. Walkable to all the stores and the beach. We ate next door at the restaurant and it was perfect. They do the coffee bar and breakfast daily with options for iced/hot coffee, a quiche daily, and an oatmeal option.

Room was not a like they present it on website. Room had bad smell like mold and they didn’t have a different room until next day. Not worth money we payed.

It is a little difficult navigating around to find a room. The front desk staff is really nice, however, I wasn't guided to a specific direction or given any sort of map to find my room. I didn't see any elevators, so carrying my bags through stairs was tough. The rooms themselves have a nice vintage touch of decor. Jacuzzi was nice though! They do have pie every evening, popsicles, and continental breakfast items at the rooftop in the mornings. Overall, it wasn't too bad, but not that great either. My stay was average.

The hotel is old, but to be dirty is WRONG! The Bed cover had stains; the floor fan did not work. When I told the staff I was asked if the sheets should also be changed since the blanket on top was what I complained about. The "fixed" fan sounded like a helicopter! Then worse, electricity was out the entire day of Saturday. Utility company problem, but still no lights, hot water and we had a dinner to go to. No credit was even given for the inconvenience. Such a shame because it is a beautiful location.

Old but cute Hotel
When the previous owners had this hotel, they were trying to make it into a resort type hotel. They were doing a good job and we had stayed there a few times and liked it. They have since sold and on this trip it did not feel the same. it feels decrepit and it’s literally falling apart. The bed was extremely high w/a platform and it hurt your legs to get in and out of it. The best thing about this hotel is the pie at night and the complimentary coffee shop on the roof. We enjoyed our coffee and quiche in the mornings and even took a picnic and wine up there in the evenings. That’s the best part of this hotel.

This property needs some serious attention. It’s broken down, dirty, walkways are slanted and seem dangerous. The whole place is grimy. Though the location was nice, I will never stay here again. Especially for the price. Very expensive for such a run down place.

Great weekend experience!
We had a wonderful friend weekend here. The room was great and even had a daybed in the balcony! The staff could not have been nicer and the breakfast was terrific. We were a block from everything and slept to the sounds of the ocean. Can’t beat it!

Location is everything with this property. The place is a bit run down and the bathroom was not good with very old, worn shower and toilet. The top deck amazing with the views.

Could have been better
This was not a great time. The bed was very uncomfortable, the room was noise, walls are very thin, and we could hear people literally walking past our room. We had a corner room, and it was very noisy. The shower had NO water pressure, the shower head was broken and didn't seem to work. it seems the hotel is very dated and needs some care. We have stayed here before, and it was not this bad.
