The tea cup is really dirty - full of dust. Same as the bedside light. The top where the button is at have dust all over it. The rest of the room is in good condition. Well design room and building.

pleasant surprise.
As soon as we entered the reception had a very pleasant perfume, the service was very fast, organised and to have someone speaking our language (Portugues), made us feel welcome for sure. The room was spotless, organized and warm. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise, a wide variety of items and everything delicious. I highly recommend it and want to go back. Our family loves The Balloon Fiesta and we go every year, we always stay to enjoy Sunday in Bristol, I hope to have the opportunity to host again.
