A disappointing experience in Carroll
From the moment I walked into the reception area knew that this stay would not be the best and i was right for sure My first impression was that this was a rundown neglected property and it sure turned out that way Check in was very impolite and I felt that i had imposed myself on the person at the desk The room was just about ok but lamps and electric outlets did not work as well as the hair drier I found debris on the floor near the bed and used Q tips in a dresser drawer also The so called breakfast consisted of 2 types of cereal waffles and a few packs of mini do nuts There was a toaster with no bread and a coffee maker with no coffee to brew I would say that this hotel is one of the worst I have ever stayed in and would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy in the world Stay away from this property it is abysmal

This place is a MUST MISS!!! It’s dirty, rundown and minimal service. Breakfast offered waffles, but no waffle mix, and toast but no bread and lukewarm coffee… Nasty! We will never go there again!

We didn't even stay at the property. When we arrived there were several people outside that were drinking and made us feel very unsafe. We didn't want to leave our vehicle outside and ended up staying at a friends house. The photos online are very deceiving. At this point we have lost our money and we would love to receive a REFUND. You either need to shut this place down or invest to bring it up to date and not attract an unsafe environment for other customers.
