The people who work there are so friendly and helpful! The hotel is very clean. The area were the hotel is located isn't the cleanest but I felt very safe walking back to the hotel at night or early in the morning. I would definitely stay there again

They control the air conditioning and they turn it off around 8 am whether you are in the room or not. There are few choices for the breakfast. The towels are very thin.

The service was very good.

No free Wi-Fi.
The location of the hotel is in an unpleasant place.

Any request we made was seen to and gotten for us immediately. The boys on the desk are the real Gs of this hotel. Great service , even better price and location is quite good too. The only downside is the lack of fruit at breakfast but that’s definitely not a reason to avoid this gem.

Small hotel with big heart!
This is a small hotel. It offers comfort and clean service. Private room with private bathroom .
I am mostly impressed with the staff most of which are there for over 10 years on the job.
I want to thank Willie, Alexander, Fabio and the rest of the staff for an amazing experience. They are courteous, eager to accommodate your needs and friendly. English is spoken here by staff.
Located conveniently about a mile from Termini main station and train and bus service to take you there and anywhere in Rome.
Next time I am coming to Rome, this place is my first choice.

The room and service was great. The thing that I did not like was that my room was basically on the road, and even though my windows were closed, the sound is just too loud. Breakfast was croissant with jamor cereal, that's it

We stayed only one night. It wasnt bad. Not too near or too far from the station. It is 10-15 minute walk. I wouldnt stay there more than one night because of the location and WIFI. This is a persisting problem in Italy but it is practically unheard of charging Euro 5 for WIFI, one time and to top the cake..."in the lobby." So they need to up their game on the internet front. Wifi part is ridiculous.

Ok for budget travel
The room is in the center of the city and quite convenient for transportation and visiting places. It is just narrow and not that much comfortable.

Good value for money for Roma standards.
The suburb is a little bit run down specially when you arrive late at night. The Hotel is clean and comfortable and you are not far away from transport, and in Rome this is paramount. Staff were great help and friendly. No WIFI in the rooms what is an inconvenience but is not the end of the world.

Very nice staff! Neighborhood is shaky but not horrible. Room was clean. Its very near Roma Termini and the street trolley to the station. Breakfast was good and simple. Room was ok, you have to ask for the a/c to be turned on which I wasn't too fond of. Its a good and affordable hotel if you are not planning to hang out in your room for a long time (i.e., tourism)

Convenient to the train station
The location was convenient, a 20 minute walk to the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small, noisy, but turning on the air conditioning helped as white noise. The room was fine for a 1 night stay and easy access to the train station and train to the airport from there. WiFi was a $5 euro charge extra.
