Disgusting place
First i tried to cancel because my flights changed. No one got back to me so I decided to just keep the reservation. I showed up and the hotel smelt like weed strongly. The girl at the front was nice and checked me in. I went up to the room and it smelled like weed yet again. I started bringing my stuff into the room and started to notice several stains on the floor, wall, and bed. Attached is the pictures. I left and asked for a refund . Still awaiting my refund.

Nice staff, beds, that's it
I booked this room for myself, son, daughter-in-law and two children to stay in for one night on our way to Florida. All I wanted was a clean, comfortable room with appropriate amenities after being on the road for 12 hours. There lies some confusion somewhere as I had seen on the booking site there were infant cribs and upon checking in I was told they've never had them. Thankfully we were able to push the small sofa against the wall and with some sheets made a bed for my one year old grandson. There was a water dispenser at the front entry with lemon slices that looked like a dirty fish bowl and I wouldn't drink it if you paid me. The carpets in the hallway and room had stains that looked like a murder scene I didn't even want to take my shoes off! Thankfully we were just passing through as the site said pool but it was closed and looked like in need of serious repair. Partly my fault upon booking when it said parking available, but give me a break! It cost $9.50 US to park overnight. Give me a break! It's pretty sad when you feel the need to charge your patrons to park in your lot while they're staying at your hotel. Only thing I can say is the beds were clean and comfortable, lots of towels and staff seemed friendly. Didn't bother staying around for a disappointing breakfast as we had enough disappointments.

Bar Crawling
I chose this location because it was close to the location I was going to be attending a local halloween bar crawl event. It worked out well. I didn't know there was a cost to use the facility's parking lot, as did not quite a few other guests who were checking in around the same time. Overall it waz a good stay.

Check your shuttle times
Nice hotel that offers shuttles to the airport and you have to pay for parking. Flight landed back in Charlotte at 2 and I called hotel apparently shuttle dosent run from 12-4 so I had to get an uber which cost $30. I didn't save any money by parking there.

Scam! Unprofessional! Terrible!
I did not stay. I got an email that stated that there was an issue with my payment and that my reservation would not be good unless I contacted the hotel within 24 hours of the email. One, it was more than 24 hours before I read the email and when I did read it and tried to call, no one picked up. It rang and rang. I assumed and hoped that was the end of it and we made other arrangements. Then I received a text at 11:15 pm from my bank saying there were charges on my account so I reported them as fraud. My card was charged six times from 10/24 -10/26 six times from $1 - over $300. All charges were different. I find it interesting that you said my room was canceled due to an issue with my payment, yet you used my payment to try and charge me six times. Thank GOD my bank is amazing and on top of things. Now I have to deal with getting a new card, number and setting up my accounts again.

Traffic noise all night
I am sorry to report that while this hotel was very convenient to the Charlotte Airport (and that was our goal) there were two factors that negatively impacted our stay. First, the hotel reception staff was quite grim. While she assisted us, she was not at all pleasant and gave the clear message that we were impeding on her relaxing time. Second, our room was on the side that faced the freeway and the traffic noise throughout the entire night was unbearable. Since we had to catch the airport shuttle at 5:00 am, we needed to get some sleep. The traffic noise kept us awake all night. This is the first time I have experienced this in a hotel. Maybe the other side of the building was quieter but we had a restless night.

Do Not Stay Here
We came in town for a concert. We knew check in was at 3:00. We didn't arrive until 3:45. Our room was not ready. We were told we would have to wait 30 minutes and that the hotel was sold out (not my fault). We waited in the lobby and after 35 minutes it was ready so at 4:20. We went to our room and found it dirty and run down. The bathroom had mildew or mold and the floor had hair on it (not ours as we are both blond and it was long black hairs. The window sill was dusty and dirty. We had no other options. Contacted front desk and they said they had no other rooms. We didn't have time to move hotels as we had to leave for the concert in an hour and we didn't get back until 12:30 AM. We did not shower in the bathroom and we left the next morning as soon as we woke up. Thought we would check out breakfast. Walked in and it was 82 degrees. Everyone was complaining. My daughter made a waffle and got her orange juice and the juice was brown. Alerted the kitchen staff they said it was fine and probably got mixed with the apple juice. Nope, several other kids and adults in there tasted it and said it was bad. So we promptly left and got breakfast on the road. I will never return to this hotel!

Dirty hairs in tub and floor.
I guess they didn't clean this sink near the refrigerator or it was rusted. We did not use this sink.

The beds were very comfortable but the pull out sofa wasn’t so comfortable. Close to the concert we went to so that was a plus. The only thing they don’t tell you about whole booking is you have to pay for parking. First time ever had to pay for parking at a motel.
