The rooms looked newly renovated and were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The hallways were dirty and very worn out. The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was eggs, sausage and waffles. Coffee was nice and had decaf and regular and strength options. :-)

Great stay , very convenient to the Universal Parks and they offer shuttles to Disney and Universal. They are partner hotels so they keep high standards. It’s a bit outdated but it works to have a good night sleep and breakfast is included.

This hotel was okay. The breakfast wasn't anything special. The second day I was there, I noticed that they had a waffle maker. It was relatively convenient to restaurants and drug stores. The front desk staff was nice. The ice machine is on the 2nd through 5th floors? We were on the first floor. The beds were comfortable. There was a small sink outside the shower and toilet room.
