Room was nice though oddly shaped with TV on a distant wall so you had to turn 90° to watch it from the bed. In the evening, there was some heavy footfalls from the rooms upstairs until past midnight. I accidentally left my watch in the room and they called me to let me know that they had it at the front desk, which I appreciated

The tv remote didn’t work correctly from the very beginning of our stay, our room didn’t get cleaned the second say we were there and our door didn’t lock unless you picked up on the handle. Other than that our stay was nice.

The stay was nice. The shower curtain rod was barely hanging on. The counter was built too close to the toilet, making it uncomfortable to sit normally. There was no mini-fridge or microwave, which I thought was bare minimum for hotels/motels. Otherwise, I had a nice stay.

Comfortable and Great Value
The staff was very helpful. The TV in my first room didnt work, so they moved me to another room. The Dish Network TV system is not good. The picture kept freezing and it would change channels on its own. Strange. The walls are a little thin and I could hear the shower in the next room. The bed was comfortable and clean. I would stay there again.

I called on Thursday to cancel before my stay on Friday before 6:00 Thursday ,ckeck in time was Friday I had to cancel because the road was washed out because of Hurricane. Microtel charged my credit card anyway the full room stay . Not happy about that , I should get my funds back. Please help, please add it back to card
