We love staying on The Biltmore property however the upkeep seems to be lacking. A lot of the landscaping needed trimming as well as the grass needed cutting. Our room this time had water marks and bubbling near the bathroom sink and the nightstand and window seat both had broken wood and the desktop and nightstands had water marks and stains. The room was very clean just looked dated. Staff were all very helpful. The food, pool, village, winery, and firepit were very nice.

The Village hotel is a favorite for my family. It has an I house restaurant with a wonderful bar, plus a breakfast bistro bar as well. The close walking proximity to the winery and the shops/restaurants at Antler Village are a plus too!

The property and staff were all wonderful. Emily - (concierge) was very helpful to design a drive on blue ridge parkway for us. Only one comment of feedback. The escargot at the Dining room at the Inn was not good. It may be personal taste, but i would remove from the menu.
