Perfect Location to Banff Shops and Restaurants
Perfect Location in Banff as it is near the shops and restaurants so you can step out the door and enjoy Banff even if the weather is cold. Underground parking so your vehicle is safe and warm. The rooms are spacious but the bed seemed worn. The decor was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely one night stay.
It’s central location, yet the loft unit was quiet, facing the parking lot of the adjacent hotel/inn. This hotel has a nice underground parking accessible from behind of the hotel however, do you need instructions at the service desk how to access the underground parking. The unit is clean and basic furniture. It was a lovely one-night stay.

The hotel has perfect location! Unfortunately my view was of another building and I felt like I was underground. Accidently booked a pet friendly room so I assume that’s why. The bed was comfy but if taking along a pet I would go elsewhere. Look forward to staying there again and see how normal rooms are because the location was awesome!

We have to park in oversize and parking is limited and had to pay 10 to park across the street out of the way which is garbage. Also for the cost dont ask me if i want to cleam my room just clean it. Its a vacation getaway this is one of the luxuries of it.
