Quality Inn is always my first choice when choosing an hotel. I was very disappointed. I reserved a non-smoking room which smelled like smoke. The vents in the bathroom were rusted and the walls were dirty. The soap holder in the shower had soap stuck to it which means that the shower hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was no hot breakfast - I was very disappointed by what was offered. After I bit into a stale muffin, I wasn’t interested in eating anything else they offered for breakfast, which wasn’t much. I will say that the guy at the front desk was very friendly and the bed was comfortable.

The pictures that are advertised is not what you’re walking into.. there was rust and mold in the bathtub and around the toilet, the walls were dirty, finger prints and toothpaste splats all over mirrors . There was an Odor that the bedsheets and towels had as if they were just washed in water. They have the coffee maker inside the bathroom on top of the sink which is very unsanitary. There was many drug addicts in the area doing activities that made me feel unsafe. Staff was not welcoming at all ! I cut my stay short due to this inconvenience. I don’t think this is fair and I feel as you guys should post the accuracy of the hotel we are spending money on. I am highly disappointed and will think twice before booking through Expedia again!

I will begin by saying that the staff that helped me were EXCEEDINGLY kind to me. Caring, compassionate, professional. The night staff, the morning staff, the maintenance staff -all of them were wonderful people. And all of the cons I am about to list have nothing to do with them. I hope the multiple, dark, large stains on the carpet were chew not blood. But then I hope the dark smears along both sides of the mattress pad were blood not feces (I’m sorry, I’m not making this up). The curtains had LOT of holes. Moths? Cigarettes? Not sure, but there were a lot of them in the mornings. There are tons of burns in the carpet. Burns on the dresser. A circular burn on a bedside table that sure looks like the size of a pipe that got too hot (circular, about a nickel in diameter). There were dark hand prints on the bathroom walls where the fingers had been drug down the walls. Faded but very clear. And multiple. The tv didn’t work. They provided instructions which helped, but I needed a passcode they didn’t provide. I was there for my 40 year old wife’s failed cancer surgery, so I didn’t have the time, energy or heart to bring this up to the staff over the two nights I was there. I was too mentally and emotionally blitzed to care the first night, but it was so un-ignorable the second night. I checked out early because my wife was sent home early, but I don’t think I would’ve stayed anyway. But 1 last time -I cannot emphasize enough how kind the staff was to me.

It was terrible. As soon as we walked in the room we noticed the big stains on the floor. The bed sheets and skirts around the bed were dirty. Looked like boogers. Tv didn’t work, door didn’t close properly. Roache’s, sketchy people walking around, we felt very unsafe. Very dirty grounds. The ratings and pictures were completely false.

Not worth it!
We stayed for 4 days and was a bad area to stay. Looked like someone overdosed on fentanyl a couple doors from us, shady people everywhere. The pool had a light with cord hanging on deck which is dangerous. Our room was ok, except the frig did not work but got a different one, the toilet was running every night and the shower was clogged so it was disgusting taking a shower. We will never stay here again, thanks but no thanks!

I booked a handicap room that they told me there were none and had to go to 2nd floor.I booked the room due to being at hospital at 6:45 appontment I asked for a 5 o clock wake up and did not get it I had prepaid for my room on the 11th and thhey had me put up a $100 deposit which I have not seen a dime of this was one of the worst motel expreiances I hAVE EVER HAD WILL NEVER BOOK THERE AGIN EVEN THOUGH i HAVE MANY APPONTMENTS AT THE CANCER CENTER
