When I called the front desk they were very quick to respond to my requests. Housekeeping was sent up within 10 minutes each time for my requests. The first gentleman we asked at the front desk for a later checkout said he could approve an 11:30 am checkout. He insisted that was the very latest he could do for us. I am sorry but that wasn't helpful. Our flight was leaving at 7 pm that day. Thankful I asked Richard later and he was able to approve a bit later of a checkout which was really helpful for us. I would recommend the lobby's heat be turned down. It was so warm that we couldn't even sit in the lobby. The lobby also had a very strong perfume smell. With the combination of both the heat and perfume, we couldn't enjoy sitting in the lobby. Overall, our visit went well.

Hotel was very clean staff was friendly. The room was a room I think for those with disabilities the bed was extremely low to the floor. The bathroom was very large with built in bath bench and hand held shower head. It was okay but the bed was a bit low to the floor

Great stay
The hotel is right next to the red line grand station right when you walk out so that was really good.It was conveniently located next to Nordstrom mall and a lot of different eateries near magnificent mile which is on michigan avenue. Three p m is the check in but they were very nice and they gave me a top floor room with a nice view.
