My daughter and niece were trying to evacuate from the hurricane and was traveling with 2 cats and 2 dogs. They called before checking in and was told they do not accept cats or pit bulls. I called Hotels.com to try and get a refund a couple hours after booking and the hotel wouldn’t answer and will not refund my money. It shame that people are trying to evacuate from a hurricane and this is the treatment we get.
