Overnight stay visiting family. Overall good but having a first floor room facing a side street ment it was very noisy with party persons and pub returnees until the small hours. Maybe some better sound proof windows on that side of the building?

We’ve stayed in the hotel many times and always go New Year’s Day for either a night or two Hotel has a nice lobby area to sit and chat with friends. Family rooms are well equipped and this time had a coffee machine with pods. Breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from. A very central hotel to the pier and shops.

We were really impressed with this hotel. We stayed for one night when attending an event in Brighton. I received a phone call on arrival day from Jerome who was incredibly helpful, and even organised gifts for my friend who was celebrating her birthday during our trip. He also followed up afterwards to make sure we had a good time. The service from everyone at the hotel was exceptional, the room was clean and extremely well appointed, it was just a little warm during the night (even with air con - and this was February!) We didn’t try the restaurant. The lift directly from the Lanes car park was very handy too!
