Amazing stay
Stayed here for 5 days and it was perfect, the staff arranged a seamless pick up and drop off at the airport for us and they were always so friendly and kind. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet which after the chaos of the streets of Hanoi is a nice relief. Breakfast was included and lots of varied options and very attentive staff again. The location was great too, around a 5 minute walk to the scenic hoan kiem lake area right in the centre. If we are ever back in Hanoi we would definitely stay again, thank you!

The reviews you read only begin to describe the Anatole. From arrival to departure teh staff could not have been more helpful, welcoming and attentive. nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this hotel highly for eth above reasons. Its location is also great with a short walk to old town/ cathedral etc

Great location, walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and there are restaurants and shops all around. The breakfast buffet is very good and offers a variety of dishes and fruits. The staff are extraordinarily attentive and friendly. we needed to ship a box and they provided tape and what we needed.

Wonderful and attentive staff. Hotel was aesthetically pleasing, clean and had the most comfortable beds. Rooms were a little noisy as you could hear other people through the shared walls. Overall though a nice place to stay.
