The people made our trip amazing!
We had the absolute best stay at the Dana! From check in to check out, the customer service and friendliness by everyone was unmatched compared to anywhere else we have ever stayed. Bobby at the Firefly Bar treated us like family every day and Aldo at the Firefly Bar made sure we had a wonderful stay both on and off property with fabulous recommendations. Kim was our server on the first day we were there. We were exhausted from our trek from Boston and her sparkling personality really kicked off our week! The room was super clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were amazing. I can’t say enough about how special this hotel is! We can’t wait to come back to visit our new family at the Dana!

It appears to be somewhat of a party hotel or something. Very loud room party til after midnight. Had to call front desk 2x because nothing was done by the hotel after the first call. Was slightly displeased with my stay.

Would go again.
The check in person was kind and accommodating. I wasnt aware of a parking charge, but it was okay. The day we were going to leave though there was a lot of trucks and workers/noise etc. We had originally planned to stay another night but changed before we knew that was going on and glad we did. Other than that - it was perfect for us and I know landscaping has to be done, just wish it wasn't blocking off everything while we were getting our last walk/pictures/memories done before leaving.
