Highly recommend this hotel. Has all the requirements for a comfortable stay. Room size is good considering Tokyo. Amazing location, walking distance to the subway/metro. Several convenience stores nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again in the future.

Room was very clean and more spacious than anticipated for a Tokyo hotel room (double twin). Staff were always friendly and helpful. We felt very safe and welcomed during our 3night stay.
Tiny caveat is the location, limited food and shopping options other than the 7-11 downstairs.

The staff were very helpful in getting us direction to our next hotel by using Google maps. Gave us several printed options on how to get there. I asked about the luggage delivery and found out it takes over night which would not work for us but good to know. They even gave us an estimate of the cost to do the luggage service. 7 eleven across the street. We would stay here again.

Great hotel with many metro entrances within walking distance. Not far from many of the main stations. Convenient for getting around.
Love the massive hotel sign outside the building, makes it easy to find the hotel.
I would stay here again.
Has a fridge but no beverages provided.
Metro has lift in a6 exit, direct access to Haneda airport.
Multiple convenient stores around and supermarket not far away. There is a daiso nearby too but it’s a very very small one so don’t expect too much. Lots of eateries around.
Rooms are modern and beds are comfy but is a bit small. Shower pressure is good, bathroom a good size. There is coin laundry below and an ice machine too. Lifts are a bit slow especially during checkout time.
There is luggage storage area if you arrive early or need to check out late.

The hotel works well as a basic business hotel. Staff weren't the most friendly, but certainly not rude. Nothing really notable either good or bad, but that's fine when you just want a reliable place to stay.

Really enjoyed the location of this hotel. It felt very central, and was close to Ningyocho station which got you pretty much anywhere you wanted to go on the train. 7-11 right across the street and another one down the street, perfect for snacks and quick bites. Lots of small restaurants in the area as well, so no shortage of food options. The small fridge in the room was also nice to store drinks for the day. This hotel was a great first impression on our first trip to Japan and I recommend it for couples staying. We were there a week and the room was more than enough for us.

The room and the bathroom are very clean. The bathroom is spacious. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk to Ningyocho station. It is very convenient to take train directly to both Haneda and Narita Airport by Asakusa Line. Please go to Exit 6 for lift access if you are taking heavy luggage. There are Seven Eleven and Lawson nearby. Daiso is just at the corner.
We arrived at the hotel at 2 pm. Hotel check-in time is 3 pm. The staff did not allow us to check in although there is room available. A charge of Yen 2,000 if we wanted to get into the room. I found it very unreasonable. It will be good if there is coffee/tea machine on the reception floor for guests who arrive earlier than check in time and also already check out and return to collect luggage before heading to the airport.
