Great stay at Grand Hyatt

Beautiful resort with lots of amenities. Rooms were pleasant, beds were comfortable, and hospitality was wonderful. From the moment we got there, friendly Valet workers made us feel welcome and front desk staff & bell hops were very attentive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay & were sad to leave. Definitely looking forward to staying at this Grand Hyatt again!

Fun Family Getaway

We had a blast at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells! Our boys (ages 11 & 13) loved the watersides and lazy river, while my husband and I enjoyed escaping to the 18+ pool. We ate dinner at Carmocha, the good was great and service was good. Our room was spacious and clean with a great view of the pool. This is a perfect family getaway spot in the desert!

Rooms were ready early which was great, unfortunately where our room was all the elevators closest to us were hot and muggy inside. Restaurants inside were more on the upscale side along with a cafe and 2 quick food spots outside by the pool. We ate at all of them, they were all delicious only downfall was breakfast options, you either eat a quick pastry or spend $50 pp on the buffet or room service The pools had plenty of room for everyone but by the afternoon the water was salty and warm Overall this hotel was super family friendly and I would visit again

We stayed in the Villas. It was a nice stay. Exceptional help with the spa as it was way too hot to enjoy; staff came by and cleaned it and drained for a more comfortable temperature. It was convenient to have an outside grill. I was prepared and brought food to cook for the family rather than go out; this option made it nice to fully enjoy the Villa stay. It was great just to go to the pool and enjoy the grounds with the family as well. Will be staying again.

I did like the fun activities that were planned for the Father's Day weekend. However , the beds were not comfortable, the service by the pool was lacking ..asked multiple times for a server by the pool and eventually had to go order myself. The cafe in the lobby is nice and offers snacks/breakfast options/coffee. I would not stay here again not worth the price and better options are available.

Check in was a bit hectic. The room was not ready and they told us it should be ready in 30 minutes. 40 minutes passed and the room was still not ready. They were great at acommodating us in a different room type, but it was not ideal. room with no balcony and it was in the villas section. Keep in mind that if you are in the villas, you will have to either walk to the hotel area or request a golf cart to pick you up but it can take them up to 30 minutes to have one available. Food was fantastic for dinner and brunch. Service was great. overall it was a good experience
