Fantastic hotel - a couple things to know

Overall fantastic hotel and very reasonably priced rooms and good restaurants. I would give it an overall 5 STARs except for 2 reasons. One for the first few meals we had at the hotel restaurants, we did not get an itemized bill and no one said an 18% gratuity was added. Second, we arrived at 12:30pm and were told the room is ready but if we wanted to check in at that time we had to pay an early check in fee. We were asked to come back in 30 minutes.
