Great Place to Stay
This is a great hotel, convenient to the Millbrae BART station. I’ve stayed multiple times and all of their staff are friendly and helpful. I love the reusable water bottles and that coffee (or hot chocolate if you prefer) is always available in the lobby. I highly recommend!

Cleanest Hotel Room
The stay was amazing. The hotel was super-clean, I've run a janitorial company for over 25 years, and looking at the room, it's the cleanest room I've ever been in. I'm very impressed with the condition of the hotel. On top of that, the staff was very, very, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend!

THE DYLAN IS A HIDDEN GEM.
That Dylan is a little gem. Nicely stylized, friendly staff, clean and comfortable, free, hot chocolate, and coffee, and within walking distance of most things we might need. The location is a little problematic. Hard to find. Walking to a restaurant or store on concrete is not a joy. But it was a great escape, close to the airport, with everything I needed, at a fair price.

Very nice when we arrived. Our room was cold so had to turn on heater and it was loud and hard to fall a sleep. There was no complementary water upon arrival and that would have been nice. It was conveniently located so getting around was good. Shops and restaurants are close.

We were visiting family in Millbrae, that made the Dylan a perfect location. The coffee machine is excellent and it’s great. They have free parking!
