This experience was horrible from check in to check out. After check in which was 30 mins long there was an additional $200 in fees.the room was small bed was super uncomfortable. There was duct tape on the window cover. Also The light ln the bathroom did not work. I would of rather had stayed in a motel 6

Hotel is in walking distance to wharf and room was clean. I only stayed one night so never used anything extra. Breakfast was average. I personally think the room was expensive for it’s condition and lack of products and services. Had a view of hvac system 😂.

Their Buffet was food & service was outstanding. The Bell Captain's provided on time and excellent assistance to us. Even working alone on the date of our departure he was professional working all areas ( luggage pick, cab service & assisting the cab driver with loading. Lack of pricing transparency
Great location for exploring San Francisco waterfront on foot. Lobby is large enough to wait for our large family to gather. Breakfast had good options. My problem was with the parking fee. The email said they were charging $50 for parking, but when I got the bill it was $52. Not a lot, but when you send a confirmation letter you need to honor that price. They would not. In addition, they charged a 14% tax for parking. Tax in SF is only 8.75% so I don't know where they pulled that from. For lack of pricing transparency, I wouldn't stay again
